Help Identifying my Conn 22B?
An older gentleman gave me this trumpet that he used to play all throughout his war years, and I was trying to find a serial number on it but I think it was buffed off when he had it silver plated way back.
Markings I can (faintly) see:
-22B under the mouthpiece receiver
-Valve numbers, and 'Patented' on casing #2
-The fancy 'C.G. Conn LTD - Elkhart' stamped on the bell
I'll include a picture of it, but I just can't find the right match on any forums or websites to put this horn into.
